To start, we discuss the aspirations you have for your space. We use this brief time to discover your desire in how you wish to use the property and get to know your personal style, likes and dislikes. Following this, we will arrange a site visit or walk through floor plans to ensure that all necessary factors have been understood, such as budget and time scale. Once this is complete, we will send a proposal to you which will outline the brief as we have come to understand it along with an estimated budget for the furniture, accessories etc. and our associated design fee.
The concept of a design helps us to establish the final look and feel of a space. To help us communicate the overall look and feel of a project to you, we can create mood boards, sketches, floor plans, sample boards and CGI's to visually bring the concept to life.
A schedule of works will be agreed and we know that communication is key throughout the project. You will be kept updated on the project every step of the way. We are on hand to help with any site meetings, communication between contractors, to ensure that the exact specifications are being carried out and that the project is progressing exactly as it should be.
